Return Policy
Our return policy covers defective or damaged items only and is valid for 30 days from the date of delivery. If 30 days have passed since you received your order, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or replacement.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original condition.
- The item must be returned in secure packaging. If you no longer have the original packaging, please pack the item carefully to avoid damage during transit.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
- The return address will be provided on the return label and may vary depending on your order's fulfillment center.
- Final sale items and items purchased during promotions are not eligible for return, unless defective.
Please do not send your item to the manufacturer.
Refunds (if applicable)
If your item is found to be defective, damaged, incorrect, or lost in transit, we’ll issue a full refund or send a replacement item at no cost to you within 30 days of delivery.
Once we receive and inspect your return, you will be notified by email about the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 3 business days to your original method of payment.
Late or Missing Refunds

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or a shipping error occurred. Return shipping fees are non-refundable and may be deducted from your refund if applicable.

Yes, we accept exchanges for defective or damaged items. If you need to exchange your product for the same item, please contact us at contact@novsend.com within 30 days of delivery, and we’ll guide you through the process.
