At Novsend, we’re committed to delivering your orders quickly and reliably. Below is an overview of our shipping process and related policies.

  • Order Handling: All orders are processed within 4 to 6 business days (Monday through Saturday) before being dispatched from our warehouse.
  • Transit Time: After shipment, deliveries typically take 10 to 16 business days, depending on the destination and shipping carrier.
  • Total Delivery Time: The estimated timeframe for your order to arrive—including both handling and shipping—is between 14 to 22 business days.
  • Shipping Cost: We offer a flat-rate shipping fee on all orders. Additionally, domestic orders over $100 are eligible for free standard shipping.
  • Shipping Carriers: To ensure timely and safe delivery, we work with trusted shipping partners such as USPS, FedEx, UPS, DHL, and regional carriers.

Important Notes

  • The above delivery timelines apply to standard shipping within the United States.
  • Delivery to military addresses may be limited or unavailable at this time.
  • While we aim to meet our stated timeframes, certain items or circumstances may require additional processing or shipping time.
  • Large orders cannot be delivered to PO Box addresses. These will be shipped in multiple packages to ensure safety. Free shipping does not apply to such orders.
  • Once your order has shipped, a tracking link will be emailed so you can monitor its progress.

Order Tracking

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has shipped. Please allow up to 5 to 7 days for tracking information to update. If the tracking page shows no movement, the carrier may still be processing your package. If your order is delayed beyond the expected timeframe, feel free to contact us for support.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. We are not responsible for deliveries made to incorrect or incomplete addresses. If address forwarding or redirection is requested through the carrier after shipment, we cannot be held liable for delays, loss, or damage.
